kinda meh, tbh

poor breakfast missing wake-up call

Finding the hotel was an absolute mission. It's like they're playing hide-and-seek with their signage. and don't even get me started on the breakfast. It was severely underwhelming. also, i asked for a wake-up call, but it seems my request went straight into the abyss. thanks for nothing, i guess.

lovely experience!

bilingual staff quiet location terrace restaurant delicious food

the staff speaks both english and spanish, a plus! the location is near popular plazas and the alhambra complex, yet it remains quiet after 10 pm. their fourth-floor terrace restaurant offers delicious food, i even took some to my room. the hotel's attention to detail really enhanced my stay!

the wifi was a bit weak at times i noticed.

mixed experience. some cleanliness issues

dusty corners stale breakfast

My stay had a few hiccups. I was not happy. the cleanliness was questionable. i noticed dust and grime in corners, particularly in the bathroom. the breakfast was also a disappointment, with limited options that seemed stale. the air conditioning barely cooled the room. It was frustrating

poor view cold breakfast

the location was good being close to everything.

The room i got was not great. The view was to a wall. the air conditioning did not seem to work very well and i could not get it cool enough. the breakfast was also not good, it was cold when i went down to eat.

the breakfast was acceptable. there was a sufficient variety of items, including fresh fruit.

the in-room safe did not work properly. i contacted reception, but they were unable to resolve the issue . this created considerable inconvenience, as i had to carry valuables with me at all times.
